Oh man! She's not a bad or evil person whatsoever. Obviously she was/is mentally ill or handicapped in some way and the doctor who did this procedure should definitely have to help support these kids. She didn't get in this predicament alone. It was a mentally ill decision from the get-go but she actually believed she could swing it and make it work.
I believe she loves kids for whatever reason, and at this point someone should help her out. Why? Because they'd be helping out her kids. .
And again, she didn't get the sperm without some help so there's that...
As a single parent of two it's not easy with a normal job and life. She's nuts, but so are the Duggars. The only difference between Octomom and the Duggars is money. I have to disagree with you. First of all, she IS a bad person. She voluntarily brought in 14 children into this world without thinking of the consequences. She scammed the government and many others in order to get the money for the elective fertility procedures. The California welfare and cps system is completely overwhelmed by the population and immigration issues in this state. I know cps workers here and they are dealing with infants who are beaten and abused. These victims are their top priorities, not a house with electricity, heat, water, food, etc. I agree, emotional abuse is not a priority for the government. Also there is a shortage of social workers, foster homes, children's homes in the system to deal with the masses of child victims. I think that the economy and lack of tax revenue will continue this underfunding of government programs to help child victims. Also there is no guarantee that the children, if removed from her home would not be abused or neglected in the system.
