Open Post: Hosted By DanRad Getting Drunk
Last year, Daniel Radcliffe said that he and booze were taking a break from each other, because his guzzling of the sweet nectar had gotten so out of hand that he regularly woke up naked, trapped in Hagrid's beard with a mouth full of what he thought was pond slime. But BREAKING NEWS, DanRad and the sweet nectar have reunited and are back together again.
A post on Tumblr (via ONTD) says that a minor Gaelic* team were out celebrating their win when they ran into DanRad walking the streets of Dublin at 4 in the morning. They invited him back to their house and he came. (* Pronounced: GAY LICK. Let's put that into a sentence. Michael K's boss at the envelope licking factory is so fucking rude that when she wants him to stop talking and get back to work, she screams, "Gay, lick!")
DanRad sort of looks like a hipster Gollum here. Dude got so drunk that he drank himself into a different fantasy series. But you know, these dudes obviously weren't that drunk. They weren't drunk enough to get DanRad to take all his panties off and climb into that bowl so they could all give him a sponge bath with booze. Missed opportunity.
And if I was there, I would've gotten high merely from watching this sassy trick in the background tell a bitch off.

And yet when I was living in Dublin and stumbling on my way home I never ran into anyone famous. And I would kidnap this wizard.
Also, that McDonald's on Grafton street had a bouncer/security person in 09 that refused my friend entry cos she was too drunk. Hahahahah. I laughed so hard I got kicked out as well and we had to go to Burger King :'(

@SandwichQueen, lol, I'm just returning after my maternity leave. Weirdly, I've been enjoying being a stay @ home mom. I thought I'd hate it.
Also, my husband won't return from assignment before I have to go back, which means I'll be doing double duty and that's gonna suck...I'm tired as hell as it is.
my underlying point was not so much about the drunkness it was about his disregard for his personal safety as one of the most familiar multimillionaire faces on this planet. he could have done the same thing cold sober and i would have made the same comment. it's not like paps followed him to that house. he was completely alone.
even if he does not have to address his drinking,and i agree that part is not odd for a 23 year old, imo he needs to think about what led him to ignore everything he has been taught about personal security at the celebrity level. he's very fortunate he fell into a decent group of people.

If you're dealing with alcoholism in your early twenties, consider your life over. At least he has all that Harry Potter money to live off of and won't have to pull an Amy Winehouse. Although, I can imagine him sneaking up on a margarita and licking all the salt of the rim while calling it his precious

Who says he's dealing with alcoholism? He's having a good time. Unless this is the start of a daily or weekly occurrence for him, it's no big deal.
