YAY!!!
Do you know how hard it is being a person who grew up near Boston and moving away and praying that our teams will be on national TV so I can see them?
For some friggin reason, I have to pray that the Bruins games will be on Versus and every other FUCKING playoff game for all the other teams have been on, but hardly any Bruins games.
The last two were on Versus so I could see them, but guess what?
Thursday's game is not, so I can't see game 7. They have shown every single Penguins/Capitals and Ducks/Red Wings game, but only a few Bruins/Hurricanes games. I can only pray that the Ducks/Red Wings game goes quickly on Thursday, so I can maybe catch the end of the Bruins game that they will show only after the other one is over.
I also wonder why the hockey and basketball playoffs are exactly the same time of year. You would think one of those sports would try to stagger things a bit. Of course, all the basketball playoffs are nationally televised, but I'm not as big of a basketball fan as I am a hockey/baseball/football fan.
It figures my least favorite sport is the one they nationally televise all the playoff games for.
Do you have any idea how hard it is to be a native Bostonian and be a sports fanatic like most Bostonians are and then moving away and only getting to see a handful of games?
I sometimes wish I wasn't from such a huge sports city.

Do you mean blood-tinged or -streaked mucous, or actual, frank *blood*? The first isn't much to be concerned about; the latter means you need to hie yourself to whatever kind of medical facility is currently open in your area NOW: your doc, an urgent care center, or the hospital ER. Coughing up frank blood isn't something to fool around with.

I have been okay. I have been trying to mow this week myself. The rain has made it difficult, but I am getting it done in bits and pieces.
I have some perennials that I need to get planted and two Blueberry bushes to plant.
Sounds like we are both doing the same thing! I love to get the yard in shape, it just takes so much time because mine is very large!

oh, i've been kinda blah blah. work has been very slow (i work out of my home). somedays i don't even feel like booting up the 'puter.
but, spring is always a perker-upper. i got my mower out this week too. just put in a new blade and it cuts that grass like butta! haha

Hysteria, I've gotta change dermatologists, mine just gave me a bunch of steroid creams/solutions and then tried to talk me into taking one of the new psorasis pills on the market.
Um, lets see, side effects include, liver and or kidney failure, seizure, blood clots and some other crazy shit.

have you tried just using Sorboline (sp?) cream all over (even as a shampoo)? My sister was on Jenny Craig and ended up with the same symptoms (from the additives) & her doc told her to use it & it was very soothing & stopped her itching.

I could only handle 1:09 of it, but I will say that when a chub can move like that, normally they can find a role in a tv commercial that needs a humorous gimmick.
I have a 'my kid said something cute' story....
My daughter came home from school today talking about her science class. She told me that the next solar eclipse that can be seen in the US won't happen until 2017. She asked me if I ever saw one and I said I think I saw one as a kid because I remember making a special lens thing so I could look at it because you can hurt your eyes if you look at it without one.
She then said....'I know, you can burn your rectum'!
ROFL! She was completely serious and had no idea why I was pissing myself laughing.
I guess the only unfortunate part of it, besides the pants pissing, is the fact that she is 15 and in 9th grade and probably should know the difference between a retina and a rectum.
Then again, maybe I should be happy she is a little dull about body parts.
